Myofascial release helps to warm and soften fascia by applying gentle, sustained pressure on specific areas of the body to release tension and restrictions in the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles. This session works through clothing, or while partially clothed. Clients may experience a stretching sensation or mild discomfort during the process. Customize in a 90 min or 2 hour session to include Reiki, Reflexology, Lymphatic drainage, or Craniosacral therapy are beneficial complimentary modalities to pair with prenatal massage for stress relief, spinal alignment, emotional release, chakra balance, and energy grounding. Reiki with sound bath, and crystals, can help to connect mom + baby on a deeper energetic level, and release fears during pregnancy and in prep for labor.

Cupping Massage helps to release tightness in muscles and tissue and disperse pain signals.

Gentle but therapeutic massage includes the use of medical grade silicone to help clear lymph, release tightness of fascial and muscle, and trick the brain into releasing pain patterns, and relax nervous system. Cups can be placed on the body in stagnant position, or used to administer the massage itself.

Synergy Heated Stone Massage with Nicole, Tina or Erica

Gentle but therapeutic massage includes the use heated ceramic Synergy brand stones to melt away tight muscle and fascia. Stones are used to administer the massage, as well as incorporating Swedish and myofascial release massage techniques. Create an integrative healing session by adding other modalities in a 90 min or 2 hour session such as reflexology, lymphatic drainage or an essential oil treatment.

Raindrop or Aromatouch essential oil technique session oils

Nicole or Erica offer an immersive full body essential oil treatment that incorporates the careful application of up to 10 essential oils using the Raindrop Essential Oil or Aromatouch technique processes, combined with other modalities like energy balance, Tibetan reflexology, Lakota Native American feathering technique, massage like techniques on the back, and finally a heated compress.

Also included: NIR and Far Infrared Light and 7 Chakra Crystal Heat mat with PEMF Therapy for cell repair, grounding, and mitochondrial function.

Essential oils help balance the body's electrical systems, releasing muscle and fascia tightness while Reiki and sound bowl therapy work synergistically to realign chakras and release energy blocks though the sounds and vibrational frequencies.
